The management would like to take this opportunity to clarify the appropriate procedure for reporting an emergency. Tri-State Property Management maintains a 24 hour emergency response service. During after hours, calls are routed to an answering service staffed by live representatives. If the issue you are calling about is an emergency, please state this clearly to the representative, and the on-call property manager will be paged. For your reference, the following table outlines which organizations should be contacted (in what order) based on the category of emergency: 1. EMS: 911 Fire Emergency 1.
